Subscription Policy
Subscription Plans
If you choose to subscribe to a product, your subscription consists of an initial charge followed by recurring charges at the frequency selected by you. Unless stated otherwise, all subscription plans renew on a 30-day cycle.
A subscription is only activated when the subscription option is selected on the product page. For certain products, this option may be pre-selected or may be the only purchasing method available. You may switch to a one-time purchase whenever that option is offered before adding the product to your cart.
Selecting the subscription option and completing checkout constitutes acceptance of these subscription terms.
By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that:
- Your subscription carries recurring charges,
- You authorize Rise Vitals to process these charges until you cancel, and
- Any promotional items or gifts included with your subscription apply only to your first subscription order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Subscription Payments
Your initial payment is charged at checkout. All subsequent subscription renewals are charged automatically every 30 days based on the date of your first subscription order.
We will continue to charge your payment method on file without further authorization from you until you proactively cancel via the subscription portal.
If a renewal payment is declined, the associated order will not ship until payment is successfully completed.
Promotional items or gifts are only applied to the first subscription order and will not repeat on future renewals.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer self-service subscription portal (here).
Cancellations submitted via the portal take effect immediately for all future renewals.
If you contact us by email to request cancellation, our team will first review your account to ensure you receive the best possible support and assistance. After this review, we will process your cancellation for all upcoming unbilled renewals.
Please note:
- Cancellation requests do not apply to any order that has already been billed or entered fulfillment processing, in accordance with our subscription terms.
- If your next renewal has already begun processing before your request is received, that shipment will still be delivered, and your cancellation will apply to future renewals.
This structure ensures full customer control through the portal while allowing our support team to assist with questions, usage guidance, or subscription adjustments before completing an email-based cancellation request.
Product Availability
All subscription orders are subject to product availability. If an item is unavailable for a cycle, we may cancel that cycle’s order, and you will not be charged. Your subscription will resume automatically once the product returns to stock.
Amending or Pausing Your Order
You may delay, cancel, or skip a subscription renewal by providing notice at least 5 days before your next billing date. Subscriptions may be paused at any time for an indefinite period.
Promotional Offers
Subscribe-and-save discounts and promotional offers may apply to subscription purchases.
Promotions do not stack with subscribe-and-save discounts unless explicitly stated or tied to a minimum spend.
Any promotional offers, discounts, or free gifts apply only to your first subscription order, unless otherwise specified. All subsequent renewals bill at the standard subscription price without additional discounts or gifts.
Shipping Subscription Products
The delivery method selected during your first subscription purchase will apply to all future subscription orders.
If your first order qualifies for promotional expedited shipping, all future renewal shipments will default to standard delivery.
Changing Your Subscription Products
You may change the product, quantity, or variant associated with your subscription at any time through the subscription portal (here). Our customer support team can also make these adjustments on your behalf upon request.
Rise Vitals reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to not renew or to cancel any subscription without providing a reason.
Subscription Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Rise Vitals Subscription Rewards Programme (the “Programme”), available exclusively to customers with active subscriptions purchased through risevitals.com. Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
1. Programme Eligibility
- Rewards are issued per active subscription.
- Subscribing to multiple products creates multiple reward tracks.
- Pausing a subscription does not remove or reset reward progress.
- Abuse or manipulation (e.g., repeatedly cancelling and re-subscribing to re-trigger first-order gifts) may result in disqualification.
- First-order subscription gifts cannot be re-earned by re-subscribing.
3. Gift Shipping & Availability
- Rewards ship with the qualifying subscription order.
- If a reward is out of stock, Rise Vitals may substitute an item of equal or greater value or issue store credit.
- Missing gifts must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Delivery delays or courier issues are not the responsibility of Rise Vitals.
- First-order gifts will not be reissued or added to future shipments.
4. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
- Customers may receive one reward per subscription per order.
- Attempts to retrigger first-order rewards by canceling and re-subscribing may result in disqualification.
- Rise Vitals may withhold rewards or cancel subscriptions where abuse is suspected.
5. Programme Changes
Rise Vitals may modify, pause, or terminate the Programme at any time. Reward availability is subject to change without notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts under that jurisdiction.
