30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To begin the process, please email us at info@risevitals.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Please do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Special Policy for Bundles
We offer exclusive discounts on bundled sets. To be eligible for a refund:

The entire bundle must be returned

All items must be unopened and unused

If any item in the bundle is opened, the bundle is no longer eligible for a refund

In that case, we may offer store credit at our discretion
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@risevitals.com so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Once we accept and receive the return, we’ll issue a refund as per the terms above.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it—no explanation needed.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it has been approved.
