Article 3 – Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract and order concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general terms and conditions will be made available to the consumer. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated before the contract is concluded where the general terms and conditions can be inspected and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these terms and conditions may be provided to the consumer electronically in such a way that it can be easily stored on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably possible, it will be indicated where the terms and conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent free of charge upon request.
If specific product or service terms apply in addition to these general terms and conditions, the second and third paragraphs apply accordingly, and in case of conflicting terms, the consumer may always invoke the provision that is most favorable to them.
If any provision of these general terms and conditions is wholly or partially void or annulled at any time, the rest of the contract and these terms remain in effect, and the affected provision will be replaced by a provision that best approximates the intent of the original provision.
Situations not covered in these general terms and conditions should be assessed "in the spirit" of these general terms and conditions.
Uncertainties about the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of these terms should be interpreted "in the spirit" of these general terms and conditions.
Article 4 – The Offer
-
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated.
-
The offer is non-binding and may be modified or withdrawn by the entrepreneur.
-
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the offered products and/or services. Descriptions are detailed enough for the consumer to evaluate.
-
Images, if used, are a truthful representation of the products. Obvious mistakes are not binding.
-
The consumer will be informed about:
-
The total price (excluding import duties and VAT);
-
Any shipping costs;

Whether the right of withdrawal applies;
-
The method of payment, delivery, and fulfillment;

-
Any relevant codes of conduct;
-
Product variations (sizes, colors, materials) if applicable.
-
Article 5 – The Contract
The contract is concluded once the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
If the consumer accepts electronically, the entrepreneur confirms receipt of acceptance electronically. Until receipt is confirmed, the consumer may cancel.
The entrepreneur ensures a secure online environment and appropriate security for electronic payments.
The entrepreneur may assess the consumer's ability to meet payment obligations. If needed, they may reject or conditionally accept orders.
Upon conclusion, the entrepreneur provides:
-
The business address for complaints;
-
Instructions for exercising withdrawal rights (or exclusion thereof);
-
Warranty and service information;
-
The information in Article 4 (if not already provided);
-
Termination terms if applicable.
For continuous transactions, this information is provided only with the first delivery.
Contracts are subject to product availability.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have 14 days after receiving their product to withdraw without giving a reason.
Consumers must handle products and packaging with care and may only inspect items as necessary to decide on keeping them.
To withdraw, consumers must notify the entrepreneur within 14 days via written notice (e.g., email). They must return the product within 14 days of notification and provide proof of shipment.
If no withdrawal is communicated or the product is not returned on time, the purchase becomes final.
